About
My name is Joshua, and I’m a 23-year-old independent talent manager based in Queensland, Australia. My background has been shaped by a strong passion for people, experiences and building genuine professional relationships.
Having lived and travelled all between Australia and New Zealand, I’ve experienced different environments, cultures and industries firsthand. My professional background in hospitality and luxury client service has also given me extensive experience working with people from all backgrounds, including high-profile and VIP clients. These experiences have taught me the importance of communication, professionalism, attention to detail and creating a personalised experience for every individual.
Why Independent Management?
I created Joshua Brilliant Mgmt with a simple idea: talent deserves to know the person working alongside them.
Traditional agency structures can involve multiple layers between talent and management. I wanted to create a more personal alternative — working directly with the people I represent, maintaining open communication and building genuine professional relationships based on trust and understanding.
As an independent, full-stack manager, I stay closely involved throughout the management process. I take the time to understand who you are, where you want to go and what you want to achieve, then work alongside you to identify opportunities, build connections and develop your professional direction.
Whether you are looking to expand existing brand relationships, develop new opportunities or are taking your first steps into professional representation, I’m interested in working with people who have ambition and a desire to grow.
My goal is not simply to manage an opportunity, but to build a long-term professional relationship where we can develop, adapt and grow together.
If you feel your goals align with my approach, I’d love to hear from you. Submit an enquiry and we can arrange an initial conversation to get to know each other, understand where you are now and discuss where we could take things next.
